Who we are

Tenancy Pilot ("we", "us") is a pre-launch service for England landlords, operated by Custom Coded Websites. You can contact us at hello@tenancypilot.co.uk.

What we collect

• Waitlist email address — if you join the waitlist, we store the email address you give us so we can tell you when Tenancy Pilot launches. We don't use it for anything else and we don't sell it.
• Usage analytics — if you consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). This helps us improve the guides. Analytics only runs after you choose "Accept".

Cookies

We don't set any non-essential cookies until you choose "Accept" on the cookie banner. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies to measure usage. If you reject, no analytics cookies are set. Your choice itself is stored in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Legal basis

We rely on your consent for analytics cookies (as required by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations), and on consent / legitimate interest for holding your waitlist email until launch.

Your rights

You can ask us to access or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@tenancypilot.co.uk. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
